The first round of increases are landing for 2024. Whilst these can, and are, being negotiated where possible, it gives an estimation of what and by how much materials will be increasing. I'm sharing essential updates on significant price increases from various suppliers / manufacturers, effective from early 2024. Here's what you need to know:
Key Highlights:
🔹 Weber's Substantial Increases: Starting 1 February 2024, Weber announces notable increases across their product range, with hikes up to 15% on Flooring Products. Notable increases include 13% on Weberwall and 10% on Renders & Weber Mesh Cloth Standard.
🔹 Recticel's PIR Products: An 8% increase on all PIR products from 2 April 2024 signifies a notable rise in insulation material costs.
🔹 Rockwool Adjustments: Effective 1 March 2024, expect a 4.8% rise in prices across all ROCKWOOL product ranges and ancillary items.
🔹 Kingspan's Dual Increase: Both the Kooltherm and Therma ranges from Kingspan will see a 10% increase, starting 1 February 2024.
🔹 Celotex LTD's Bold Move: A significant 10% increase on all Celotex PIR products from 1 February 2024.
